Summary: The service at the counter for check in was very speedy and good manner. I was very glad that free upgrade and very delicious chocolate cake were offered to celebrate the birthday of my husband. Though it was raining heavily during the two days of my stay and the cable car service was stopped, I stayed most of the time in the room. The downside was no coffee machine and only five tea bags (each for one flavour) were found inside the room. The housekeeper told me that a bottle of Chinese tea leaves was no longer provided. The lake view room provided me with a remarkable experience to see the fountain show inside. The breakfast was superb, in particular the pastries and egg tarts. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and will come back soon.

Summary: What an amazing hotel! Room was incredible! Had lunch at La Fontana and dinner in their 1* restaurant. Both times it was top notch!! Special thanks to Cindy from reception and Miss Eusebio who made it an unforgettable stay! When in Macau do not hesitate and stay at Wynn palace
